He was predeceased by: his spouse Shirley A. Babcock; and his daughter Deborah Johnson. He is survived by: his children, Richard Babcock (Anna), Katherine Nowak (Chip), Linda Babcock-Daly (Charile Radder) and Joy Kuhn; and his brother Douglas Babcock. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, 9 other brothers and sisters; also survived by nieces and nephews.
