With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Russell Luther Bauda (East Aurora, New York), born in Moncks Corner, South Carolina, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Russell Luther left this world on May 16, 2025 at the age of 75, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Bauda (Grim); his children, John Bauda (Kellea), Jeffrey Bauda (Colleen) and Lucy Cook (Daniel); his grandchildren, Nora, Molly Cook, Benjamin, Graham Bauda, Salvatore Bauda, Paityn and Harper Russell; his brother John Bauda (Barbara); and his brother-in-law Stuart Layman (Bettie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lakeside Memorial Funeral Home Inc. (1340 Union Rd, West Seneca, NY 14224). A memorial service was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Baker Memorial United Methodist Church (345 Main St, East Aurora, NY 14052).
