He is survived by: his children, Joseph A. Kernozek, Alexandria Kernozek and Jacquelyn VanWormer (Kernozek); his grandchildren, Kristopher Kernozek, Rhylee VanWormer, Alexander J. VanWormer, Julianna VanWormer and Zofia VanWormer; and his siblings, Jo Ann Stott, Suzanne Leggett and Michael Kernozek.
