She was predeceased by: her husband Harley Sims, Sr.; her sons, Harley "Steve" Sims, Michael C. Sims, Douglas H. Sims and Gary L. Sims; and her parents, Ray Lambert and Thelma Lambert (Arbogast).
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jason Sims, Jennifer Sims, Michael Artrip, Elizabeth Sims and Sean Sims; her great grandchildren, Alexis and Rory; and her sisters, Arlene Reed, Shirlene Gibson, Neva Turner and Peggy Ann Lambert. She is also survived by two daughters-in-law; and many nieces and nephews.
