He was predeceased by: his daughter Virginia Lee Rose; and his wife Wendy Lee McFadden. He is survived by: his significant other Wendy Albin of Jamesport, NY.; his children, Stephen (Tonya), Duffy and Jeffrey (April); and his grandchildren, Walter Rose (Alissa), Lily, Andrew and Allison McFadden.
