She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hayton and Pearl Hayton (Purcell). She is survived by: her husband James Forde; her children, Scott, James (Cynthia), Carol (Bob) and Jeffrey (Courtney); her grandchildren, Samantha, Mackenzie, Iker, Andre, Jasmine, Chandler, Gavin and Jack; and her great grandchildren, Ivy and Hazel. She is also survived by her family, friends.

Visitation was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc. (895 NY-82, Hopewell Junction, NY 12533). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Hopewell Reformed Church (143 Beekman Rd, Hopewell Junction, NY 12533). A burial was held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Fishkill Rural Cemetery (801 US-9, Fishkill, NY 12524).
