He is survived by: his sons, Herbert J. Nopper (Holly Pitcher) and Richard L. Nopper (Barbara); his brother Jesse Nopper (Diane); his grandchildren, Wendy Markowski (Chris), Stephanie Malone (George Carlowitz), James Nopper (Marlyn), Leeann Hall (William), Michele Malone, Matthew Nopper (Shannon), Richard Nopper Jr., David Nopper (Jennifer) and Christina Nopper (Jay Smith); his great grandchildren, Breanna Fettuccia (Franco), William Malone, Brandi Markowski, Erika Cunningham (Liam), Emily Markowski, Logan Hall, Ginny Hall, Bria Hall, Olivia Malone, Isaac Malone, Isabelle Malone, Danny Nopper, Noelle Nopper, Emma Nopper, Adam Gladd, Christian Nopper, Peyton Nopper, Lilyonna Nopper, Harmony Nopper and Z'riyah Nopper; and his great great grandchild Enzo Fettuccia.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the J. Rockefeller Funeral Home, Inc. (165 Columbia Turnpike, Rensselaer, NY 12144). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Church of St. Mary (163 Columbia Turnpike, Rensselaer, NY 12144).
