He is survived by: his grandchildren, Toni, Julia Lettrick, AJ, Madison Ficarra, Taylor and Reese Maxwell; his children, Hendrika "Rickey" Lettrick (Mike), Jennifer Ficarra (Anthony) and Lawrence "Larry" Maxwell, Jr. (Cassie); and his brother Richard Davis.

Contributions in Lawrence's memory may be made to the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society.
