He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland R. Case and Laura G. Case (Keiper). He is survived by: his wife Theresa M. Cummings Case; his siblings, Dale Case, Martin Case and Rebecca Allen; and his close friend Fran. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
