With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Vincent J. Connell of East Greenbush, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 24, 2025 at the age of 43. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Vincent J. Connell to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Joseph, Agnes Cataldo, James and Shirley Connell; his uncles, John, Frank Connell, Arthur Froehlich, Jack McCullough, Tony Izzo and Joseph Cataldo; and his aunt Joyce Froehlich.
He is survived by: his parents, James R. Connell and Deborah Connell-Smith (Frank); his stepfather Frank Smith; his sister Shana Lynn Connell; and his aunts and uncles, Joanne McCullough, Beverly Izzo, Mark Cataldo, Patrice Sultan (Richard), Dennis Connell (Denise), William (Trish) and Michael Connell (Trudy).
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the J. Rockefeller Funeral Home, Inc. (165 Columbia Turnpike, Rensselaer, NY 12144). A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the same location.
