She was predeceased by: her parents, Irish and Peg. She is survived by: her sons, Timothy O'Hara and Thomas O'Hara Jr.; her daughters-in-law, Dara and Eileen; her siblings, Peter, Kathy and Margaret; and her grandchildren, Patrick, Brendan, Aidan, Keely Rose, Samuel, Grayson, Landon, Blake and Gussie.
