He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman A. Blum and Catherine Blum (Gibson); his wife Carol Lowell; his son Jamie Blum; and his brothers, Richard and Jeremy.
He is survived by: his children, Scott (Annette Blum), Keith (Christina Blum), Mark (L'Annette Blum) and Darlene (Dale Brewer) of Herkimer; and his sister-in-law Carol Blum. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
