He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Joan; his children, Joanne, Elisa and Carl; his grandchildren, Iris, Carl-Emil, Victoria and Eddie; his great grandchildren, August and Jude; his son Emil Frederich; and his parents, Maria Oberle and Emil Oberle.
