He is survived by: his wife Anne; his children, John Bath (Lorie), Lynn Herman (Bill), Karen Bath (Bill) and Christopher Bath (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Heather (Joseph), Michael (Kristen), Kenneth (Jamie), John (Mary), Emma, Camden, Devin and Phoebe; his great grandchildren, Noam, Sage and David; and his son Bobby.
