He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Harriet F. Cogan; his children, Kevin Cogan (Kristen), Michael Cogan (Leigh) and Maura Anders (Norman); and his grandchildren, Patti Anders, Kelly Anders, Abby Anders, Jamie Anders, Sean Cogan, Ryan Cogan, Brady Cogan and Aidan Cogan.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Nolan Funeral Home, Inc. (5 Laurel Ave, Northport, NY 11768). A Mass was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Anthony of Padua Church (20 Cheshire Pl, East Northport, NY 11731).
