With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dennis A. Smith of East Patchogue, New York, who passed away on June 13, 2025 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Patricia A. Smith; his children, Jeaninne Reifenheiser (Bobby), Dennis Smith, Jr. (Aimee) and Daniel Smith (Kaitlyn); his siblings, Mary Lou Jara (Edgar), Robert Smith and George Smith (late Evelyn); and his grandchildren, Robert, Lily, Benjamin, Holly, Vivienne and Louis.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Ruland Funeral Home (500 N Ocean Ave, Patchogue, NY 11772).
