It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carlton Dorr Baxter (East Rochester, New York), who passed away on July 26, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carlton Dorr Baxter to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his wife Ellen Clare Baxter; his brother David; his nephew David Williams; and his siblings-in-law, James Bell and Betsy Bell.

He is survived by : his children, Laurie Mastrocola (Robert) and Scott Baxter (Lori); his grandchildren, Kara Mastrocola, Mark Mastrocola (Lyndsi Lloyd), Philip Baxter and Elliot Baxter (Bridgette); his stepgrandsons, Christopher Weber (Clara Baker) and Jeffrey Weber (Carrie Leyens); his siblings, Richard Paul Baxter and Suzanne Hall; his nieces, Linda Martin (Richard), Karen Christensen and Stephanie Placido (Enrique); and his nephew Eric Williams (Anne).
