He was predeceased by: his parents, Spencer Badger and Margaret Badger; his aunts, Eleanor Van Loon (Donald) and Rosemary Heberger; his uncle Robert Heberger; and his siblings-in-law, Steven Litzenberger, Gary Stubbings and Mary Litzenberger.
He is survived by: his wife Diane; his children, Courtney Badger-Vistocco (Louis) of Rochester and Taylor Badger of Rochester; his sister Kathy Ferguson (Mark); his siblings-in-law, Lee Stubbings, Ronald Litzenberger, Kenneth Litzenberger, Debra Litzenberger, Denise Ash (Chris) and Nellie Rehberg; and his pets, Lilly and Leo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
