She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Fohrer and Catherine Fohrer; her husband Joseph A. Smith; her son Thomas A. Smith (Clarice); and her siblings, Doris Boland (Vincent) and Leonard Fohrer (Margie).
She is survived by: her children, Joseph E. Smith, James A. Smith (Nancy), John C. Smith (Dianne) and Joanne Molnar (Steve). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
