He was predeceased by: his parents, Burdette Goodrich and Leona Wilcox Goodrich of Georgetown, NY.; his son Todd Burdette Goodrich; and his brothers, Carman Goodrich (Jack) of Cuyler, NY and Carl Goodrich of Georgetown.
He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Pfannebecker Goodrich; his daughter Tracy B. Walker (Paul); his grandchildren, Heather Anne Walker, Gillian, Kyle and Benjamin; his sister Amy Markowski (Steve); and his sister-in-law Shirley Brooks Goodrich (Jack). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
