James, born on August 26, 1956 in Little Falls, New York, was part of many shared moments and relationships throughout life. James will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Harper Sr. and Elizabeth Harper; and his brother Jack W. Harper. He is survived by: his children, Joshua Harper of Cooperstown and Rebecca Harper (Tim Wessell) of Benicia, CA; his grandson Slater Wessell; and his siblings, Richard Harper of Parker, CO and Beth Zimple of Richfield Springs, NY. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
