He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Steenburg and Blanche Steenburg (Moyer); his son William Jr.; his siblings, Alice Snyder, Howard Steenburg, Allan Steenburg and Blanche Logan; and his nephew Ralph Snyder.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia L. Kovac; his children, Laura Miles (Jeffrey), Brenda Harding (Martin), Angela Francisco (Michael) and Brian Steenburg (Stacey Richards); his grandchildren, Craig Miles (Maryellen Consiglio), Ashley Massie (Ramel), Brianna and Quinn Francisco; and his great grandchildren, Zaine, Sydney and Massie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
