We are sad to announce that on April 12, 2024, at the age of 64, Dean Baker of East Syracuse, New York passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dean Baker to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, John Baker and Margaret Baker (Kerr). He is survived by : his wife Sandra Baker (Zesky); and his children, Danielle Gaston (Aaron Gunther), Helene Baker (Devan Coon), Kristine Capellini (John), Stephanie Baker-Loope (Jeffrey), Brian Baker and Lindsay Campbell (Donald). He is also survived by six grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the St. Matthew's Church (229 W Yates St, East Syracuse, NY 13057). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.

In his death, he donated his organs so that others could live. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to UR-Finger Lakes Donor Recovery Network.
