She was predeceased by : her husband Donald E. Smith; and her siblings, Judith Seymour and Richard Leo (Barbara). She is survived by : her children, Deborah Smith, Donald Smith (Susan), Daniel Smith (Kathleen), David Smith (Christine) and Douglas Smith (Michele); her grandchildren, Jacob, Jeremy and Gwendolyn; and her brothers, James Leo (Stephen) and Ronald Leo (Joanne).
