She is survived by : her husband Carl W. Schmidt; her daughters, Kathy Snyder and Martha Rice (Marti); her grandchildren, Justine Schmidt, Alexandra Rice, Amanda DeMauro and Nicholas Rice; and her sisters, Marjorie Gorney, Carol Wilson and Nancy Woods. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
