She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Frederick Conley and Mildred Sydney Davis (Hall); and her brother Patrick. She is survived by: her husband Jack Sipfle; her children, Debra Sipfle and Richard Sipfle; her grandchildren, Brittany, Mitchell and Ryan; her great grandchild Raelyn; and her brother Paul.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made in Mildred's memory to Francis House, Syracuse, New York.
