He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Holtsbery and Judith Holtsbery; and his brother Matthew. He is survived by: his siblings, Theresa, Thomas (Marybeth), Andrew (Victoria Spinanger) and Charles (Laurie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Carter Funeral Home, Inc. (1604 Grant Blvd, Syracuse, NY 13208).
