Francis McGowan Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 7, 2025, at the age of 86, Francis McGowan (Eastchester, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Francis' earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Francis has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William McGowan and Bridget Rooney McGowan; his sister Catherine Elizabeth McGowan; and his children, Jenny Radigan and Billy McGowan. He was also cherished by his two children and by eight grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Westchester Funeral Home, Inc. (190 Main St, Eastchester, NY 10709). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church (53 Winter Hill Rd, Tuckahoe, NY 10707).
