The family announces the passing of Frank A. Starvaggi of Eastchester, New York on September 15, 2026. Frank, born on July 9, 1960, was part of many shared moments and relationships throughout life. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

Frank will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Though Frank is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. Frank’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.

He was predeceased by: his father Anthony Starvaggi. He is survived by: his mother Rita Starvaggi; his children, Marc, Isabella and Francesca; the mother of his children Diane; and his brothers, Michael and Joseph. He is also survived by family members and friends.

A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the St Eugene Church (707 Tuckahoe Rd, Yonkers, NY 10710). An entombment was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 11:45 AM at the Ferncliff Cemetery (280 Secor Rd, Hartsdale, NY 10530).
