He is survived by: his wife Helen M. Szkutak; his sons, Andrew J. Szkutak (Shannon) and Daniel E. Szkutak (Bobbie); his grandchildren, Ellie Genemarie and Hudson Andrew; and his siblings-in-law, John Duggan (Karen), Catherine Bruce (late Eugene) and Anne Hartel (Paul). He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
