He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Connie Newton; his children, Stephen Randall (Diana), Catherine Nedimyer (Michael), Elizabeth Caston (Jeffrey) and Deborah; his stepchildren, William Newton (Diane) and Jayne Walker (James); his parents, Robert Bentley Randall and Ruth Labell Abbey Randall; and his former wife Ellen Ruth Roberts of Hamburg.

On April 27th, 2020 during the Covid Pandemic, he married Connie Newton and moved to 2967 Schoolview Rd., Eden.

Donations can be made to the Eden Historical Society or the Welch Farm Museum.

I was so blessed to get to know him when he used to come to Absolut Care of Eden to visit his wife Ellen when she was there. He always had a smile and a kind word to say, and you could tell he was always thoroughly enjoying life. Thoughts and prayers to Connie and all of the family. My memories of time with him help carry you through the days and years ahead. Suzanne Oksman”
