He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles L. Ranney and Mildred A. Krueger Ranney; his brother-in-law Gordon E. Cross; and his nephew David G. Cross. He is survived by : his sister Gail M. Cross of Olean; and his nieces and nephews, Barb A. Evans of Monroe, NC, Brian M. Cross (Susan) of Olean, Daryl T. Cross (Tabatha) of Nonroe, NC and Gail A. Jones of Cuba.
