He was predeceased by: his wife Priscilla. He is survived by: his children, Jack and Kim Kruse (William); his grandchildren, Ashley Bojanowski (Michael) and Brittany Miller (Alexander); his great grandchildren, Beckham Bojanowski, Belle Bojanowski, Roman Miller and Blaire Miller; and his brother-in-law Harold Case (Heidi). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
