She was predeceased by: her husband Richard J. Regan; her son Richard J. Regan, II; her parents, Henry Moeller and Evelyn Moeller; and her brother Henry Moeller (Valerie).
She is survived by: her children, Peggy Ziobro (Alan) and Patrick Regan; and her siblings, Elizabeth Titler (Guy), Kathleen Lillis and David Moeller (Laurie). She is also survived by 11 loving grandchildren and one great-grandchild, in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the John J Kaczor Funeral Home, Inc. (5453 Southwestern Blvd, Hamburg, NY 14075). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Epiphany of Our Lord Parish (10893 Sisson Hwy, North Collins, NY 14111). A burial was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the Epiphany of Our Lord Cemetery (10893 Sisson Hwy, North Collins, NY 14111).
