He was predeceased by: his daughter Catherine Walczyk; and his siblings, Daniel Walczyk, Dolores Reich, Edward Walczyk and Robert Walczyk.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Walczyk (Kaminski); his children, Mark (Cindy), Ronald (Kim), Duane (Jessica), Gregg (Sue) and Stacey Rager; and his siblings, Barbara Crotty, Richard Walczyk and Patricia Bellinger. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
