He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen C. Green and Alice B. Green; his brother Paul Green; and his brothers-in-law, Jonathan Klingler, Joseph Bosco and Glenn Rains.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia L. Green; his children, Allison L. Green (Lee Copperwheat) and Joseph H. Green; his siblings, Gary O. Green and Karen S. Rains; his siblings-in-law, Art Klingler, Geri Bosco, Maureen Klingler and Paula Turner; and his aunt Marian Green.
As a member of the Second Baptist Church, Dave was instrumental in the development of the digital media to broadcast services during the pandemic.
