He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton J. Hotaling and Thelma Hotaling (Hooper); his sister Elaine Hawn; and his son-in-law Phillip Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Patsy A. Hall of Edwards; and his children, Lisa Lewis and Bruce Hotaling. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
