It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecil A. Brown of Edwards, New York, born in Gouverneur, New York, who passed away on February 18, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Van Ornum and Genevieve Rose Brown (Fowler); his son Lawrence Brown; and his siblings, Gary Brown and Avis McGuinness.

He is survived by : his wife Joyce I. Titus; his children, David Brown, Dawn Moore (Adam) of Holley, NY and Carol Brown of Carthage, NY; and his siblings, Alice Wineburg of Dolgeville, NY, Alan Brown of Harrisville, NY and Barbara Gaynes of Edwards, NY. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
