He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Shaw-Hill and Florence Shaw-Hill; his son John S. Hill; his great grandchild Markell L. S.; and his siblings, Marie, Albertie, Ralph, Clours and JC.
He is survived by: his son Jeff (Linda Fowler); his wife Lura "Carr" Hill; and his great grandchildren, Nathanial, Abigail and Alexandra.
