He was predeceased by: his parents, Bradford Rushlo and Hazel Rushlo (Weir); his wife Doris E. Given; his daughters, Gisele Reynolds and Gina L. Rushlo; and his sister Rosalie Smith.

He is survived by: his children, Michael, Marc (Jan) and Michele Robillard; and his sister Veronica Putman.

Donations may be made in Richard's memory to the Gina Lynn Rushlo Memorial Scholarship, Northern NY Community Foundation, 131 Washington St., Watertown, NY 13601.
