It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Velva O'Hearn of Edwards, New York, born in Ogdensburg, New York, who passed away on April 7, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, William Parker and Beatrice Parker (Johnson); her husband Roger W. O'Hearn; and her siblings, Phillip Parker and Joan Tuttle.

She is survived by : her sons, Roger W. O'Hearn of Gouverneur and Mike J.; her daughter-in-law Kelly O'Hearn of Watertown; her daughters, Donna M. (James Moore) and Keitha A. (Pat Lamoria) of Gouverneur; her sister Belva Church of Edwards; and her siblings-in-law, Sharon Parker of Edwards and Ron Tuttle of Gouverneur.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the French Funeral Home Inc. (188 Main St, Edwards, NY 13635). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
