He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Casper of Mount Morris, Daniel Casper (Melanie) of Mount Morris, Jeanne Casper of Oakfield and Joseph Casper of Elba; his grandchildren, Syndi Casper, Joseph Casper, Kiah Rosendale, Benjamin Casper, Ashlyn Kingston, Laina Casper and Cora Casper; his great grandchild Tegan Cotes; and his sisters, Beverly Garlipp of Florida and Becky Allen (Bernie) of Elba. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
