She was predeceased by : her parents, Gerald Haggett and Frances Quinn Haggett; her grandson Timmy; and her husband Dale M. Owens. She is survived by : her children, Jim Owens, Christy Owens and Patti "PJ" Williams; and her grandchildren, David, Jessica, Breanne, Dayle, Excell Jr., Kayvon, Mark, Travis and Michael. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
