She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Neuman and Marion Neuman; her brother James Neuman; and her siblings-in-law, Oliver Ratliff Jr., Douglas Ratliff, Carol James, Donna Ratliff and Deborah Neuman.
She is survived by: her husband David Ratliff; her children, Cheryl Ratliff (Cherie), David Ratliff Jr. (Wendy), Gregory Ratliff (Brenda) and Shannon Ratliff; her grandchildren, Sean Ratliff, Allison McGrew (Edward), Victoria Molina (Daniel), Steven Ratliff, Zachary Ratliff (Kimberly), Joshua Ratliff (Alexis), Stephanie Ratliff, Nicholas Ratliff (Amber) and Amanda Flint (Dawson); her great grandchildren, Landon, Lainey, Luke, Addison, Eleanor Joan and Lily; her siblings, Jerry Neuman, Joseph Neuman (Kathy) and Jean Rudy; and her siblings-in-law, Jeffrey Ratliff (Lori), James Ratliff (Shelby), Carol Neuman, Mary Linda Dority, Sandra Cline (Robert) and Lorie Ratliff. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
