He is survived by: his mother Mary Ann Gallivan; his siblings, Tim Michael Gallivan (Kristine), Mary Margaret Demperio and Irene Marie O'Donnell (Pat); his sons, Johnathan Richard Gallivan and Collin Michael Desimone (Lauren); his grandchildren, Liam Gallivan and Gianna Desimone; and his nieces and nephews, Timothy Gallivan (Kristin), Patrick O'Donnell (Chelsey), Michael O'Donnell, Matthew O'Donnell (Jenna), Emily Demperio and Juliana Demperio.
