She is survived by : her husband Brian; her children, Colleen Smith, Stephanie Hill (Roger), Jacob and Mark; her grandchildren, Jacob, Anthony, Dillon, Leila and Lilly; her great grandchild Evalynn; and her siblings, John, Steve (Dawn), Roger (Tammy), Joe (Jill), Mike (Betty Sue), David (Jill), Brian (Leslie) and Donna Van Wart. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
