He was predeceased by : his wife Vivian Miller; his parents, Ruth Havens and Thomas Miller; his daughter Elaine Lamphier; and his brother James Weber.
He is survived by : his son Randy Miller (Susan); and his grandchildren, Brian Miller (Jennifer), Kimberly Miller and Nicole Brutcher (Austin). He is also survived by three great grandchildren and various nieces and nephews.
