He was predeceased by: his parents, Stewart A. Mead and Anne M. Walker Mead; his daughter Terry Devin; and his sister Margaret "Peg" Peters. He is survived by: his wife Carol Joseph Mead; his children, Michael Devin and Kathy Fernau (Jason); his stepchildren, John Polmanteer (Tammy) and Cindy Smith (Ted); and his sisters, Judy LaForce (Bob) and Kathy Radka. He is also survived by several loving grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
