It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Alan Bayless Sr. of Elizabethtown, New York, born in Plattsburgh, New York, who passed away on August 26, 2023, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his son Alan W. Bayless, Jr. (AJ); and his brother Daniel M. Buck. He is survived by : his parents, Evelyn Bayless and Bill Bayless; his daughter Heather Bernstein; his grandchildren, AJ and Kaila; his brother Wally Buck (Mylin); and his pet Dixie. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Memorial donations may be made in Alan's name to Hospice of the North Country: 358 Tom Miller Road, Plattsburgh, NY 12901 or the Albany Stratton VA Medical Center Development and Civic Engagement.
