We are sad to announce that on February 4, 2023, at the age of 54, Scott C. Briggs (Elizabethtown, New York), born in Hartford, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by : his parents, George and Jerilyn; his sons, Colin of Boston Ma and Justin of Wilmington, NY.; and his brother Ron (Debra Beaney) of Bolton, CT. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
